How Our Satisfaction Guarantee Works:

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the final images from your real estate photography session, we will work with you to make it right. Our goal is to ensure you are fully happy with the product you receive.

Refund Eligibility:

If we are unable to meet your satisfaction after reasonable attempts to address your concerns (including reshoots or edits), we will issue a full refund for the service. Please note that refunds are only available under the following conditions:

• You must request a refund within 7 days from the delivery of the final images.
• The images must not be used, published, or distributed in any form (digital, print, or online) prior to the refund request. Once the images are used or published, the refund is no longer valid.
• You must provide a detailed explanation of your dissatisfaction, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue before proceeding with the refund.

Image Use After Refund:

If you request a refund, you agree that all images delivered from the session must be permanently deleted and cannot be used, published, or distributed in any form, either online or offline. This includes any usage for marketing, real estate listings, or promotional purposes. Failure to comply with this condition will result in the forfeiture of the refund.
